As many chain truck stops remain temporarily closed across the U.S., truckers are left without crucial resources needed to help them through their hauls. Citizens of Blaine, Washington took swift action after noticing the situation expanding into their city. The result of their actions started the birth of ‘The Keep ‘Em Rolling’ initiative, an ongoing effort to support truckers by preparing care packages for truckers passing through Blaine and Whatcom County. In addition to distributing care packages, the initiative also received help from local Girl Scouts troop 45061 to distribute other much needed resources.
