This software calculates the best delivery routes and expected arrival times based on product details and destinations. Real-time tracking allows Iplex to keep customers informed about their delivery status instantly. Ronnie Smolinski, Logistics Strategy Manager at Iplex, emphasized that their focus hasn't necessarily been tracking deliveries, but rather giving their customers the added service.
